1995-1996 Annual Report

This introductory report describes sixteen research projects that were selected from proposals submitted to ISSO in September 1995 by forty UH/UHCL-JSC teams. Also included are fourteen additional funded proposals.

1996-1997 Annual Report

This report details the impressive results that have been achieved in 8 to 17 months by the fifteen teams of university-federal researchers. One team was not implemented because a key faculty member accepted a position at another university.

1997-1998 Annual Report

This 1997-98 ISSO report details the research to date, accomplishments, plans for extending existing projects, and new fellowship projects and programs.
