Characterization of Carbon Nanotubes Using Raman and Infrared
Spectroscopy, 2002-2004
The project, completed in 2002, aimed to develop an effective Raman scattering methodology for examination and characterization of as-grown and purified single wall carbon nanotubes and corresponding polymer-based nanocomposites.
Contributing scholars are Milko N. Iliev, Alexander Litvinchuk, Carl D. Scott, NASA-JSC; Sivaram Arepalli, NASA-JSC; Pavel Nikolaev, NASA-JSC; and Viktor Hadjiev, University of Houston-TCSAM.
