Photo--Kimber Gross, currently studying for her baccalaureate degree in particle physics, is calculating radioactive dosages received in spacecraft. In this research ISSO physicists use Monte Carlo techniques to determine how materials affect induced spacecraft radioactivity. Ms. Gross works with Prof. Larry Pinsky in the Department of Physics. |
